Vancouver-based Holland Residential has sold a 202-unit Lloyd District apartment complex.
Waterton Associates of Chicago paid $48.6 million for the Axcess 15 apartments, according to brokerage CBRE, which brokered the transaction and provided financing for the sale.
Waterton, a private equity real estate investment firm with a $3.3 billion portfolio, bought a 554-unit Beaverton apartment complex in March for $77.2 million. Read More – Oregonlive.com>
