They pay their rents in full and on time month after month, and keep the place very neat and clean. Yes, there have been maintenance calls from time to time due to wear and tear, but they take care of all the maintenance calls very seriously and promptly. All her staffs are very friendly and always answer my questions / concerns promptly – Sarah, Jeremy, & Grace. I live 3,000 miles away on the east coast and I am very comfortable leaving my rentals with Darla’s team!!</span>
